MindK Ukraine Updates - March 29, 2022
Hello Yaakov,

Thank you a lot for being our client and partner. As I mentioned already - that's the biggest help for us.

I haven't written updates for more than a week as there have been no major changes since the last one. Almost all our employees settled down in new locations and kept doing their job. A few more guys moved abroad. We now have nine people living and working abroad in Norway, Poland, Spain, Romania, and Georgia. Currently, one guy is stuck in Chernigiv and one in Kharkiv with no possibility of working. We're trying to evacuate them, but it doesn't seem very easy. The rest of the team is fully operational.

Three guys have successfully passed their test period and joined our Ukrainian team during the last week.

We restarted all the internal routines we had before the war: sharing news and photos in Slack, weekly meetings about improvements in how we deliver projects, working on strategic tasks 2022, etc. I will provide more details about that in my upcoming emails.

Meanwhile, here are a few photos of brave people who keep working no matter what :)
Should you have any questions about my update or information you got from our team, please don't hesitate to contact me immediately.
